PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

IMMEDIATE PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR POSITION AVAILABLE!

Growing Food Production Company looking for EXPERIENCED Production Supervisor to join their 3rd shift!

REQUIREMENTS:

-Supervise entire shift of Union Employees

-Must be bilingual and able to speak/write in English and Spanish

-At least 3 years of Manufacturing Management Experience

-Food experience is preferred

-Understand GMP's

-Handle various types of computer systems

-Flexible work schedule

-Familiar with bills of material and manufacturing orders

-Familiar with WMS

-Hit specific metrics to hit on nightly basis

-Measured on overall performance of shift

This is a noisy cramped refrigerated production facility. Lots of conveyors and machines running through multiple rooms. Training is on the first shift for the first two months then switched to night shift which is Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6:30am. Pay rate is based on experience ranging from $45k-$60k.
