PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED FOR A GENERAL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IN SOUTH GEORGIA! Must have Project Management experience for a General Construction company that focuses primarily in Institutional,health care or heavy commercial projects (5+ years.)
Must have experience managing projects $3M+. Must have experience as project manager with a strong focus on new construction institutional projects.
Responsibilities include:
-Managing subcontractors and superintendents
-Change Orders
-RFIs
-Submittal packages
-Formulating budget and schedule
