Aerotek is currently seeking to hire customer service representatives for a full time, 5 month assignment. This is a heavily scripted outbound call center environment. Experience in a call center is required, experience operating off of a script is preferred. A brief job description is supplied below.
Job Description:
Individual will be responsible for placing outbound calls through an auto-dialer that will call brand new members and perform a survey over the phone. The Survey is optional and the biggest thing is quality not speed, not how many you an do in a day but how many good calls can you do in a week. There is a script involved and individual must be proficient in reading and basic grammar to follow the script.
