We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Customer Service Specialist – Quicken/QuickBooks.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Care Specialist provides a consistently positive and professional customer service experience in response to customer service inquiries and problems via inbound and outbound telephone calls and web delivery in a call center environment. The Specialist opens deposit accounts and assesses customer needs to identify opportunities to provide the customer with desired products and services or refers the customer to appropriate bank staff for further assistance. The Customer Care Specialist also supports business customers with online bill pay, internet loan assistance and QuickBooks and Quicken software assistance. This Customer Care Unit Specialist may be required to travel to and from the customer's place of business.

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Must be proficient in Quick Books and Quicken Software
  • Minimum three years of banking experience, preferably in the concentration area of sales, deposits and consumer lending and/or call center experience with additional focus on assisting the business customer
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word
  • Basic keyboarding and calculator skills; must be able to do simple math and carry out written instructions
  • Must be able to drive a car
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
