One year long contract
Duties:
Images company records to ensure that company history is archived and that vital records are protected. Ensures the imaging process meets quality control standards. Retrieves documents as requested and maintains appropriate records.
- Candidates will be scanning large paper documents on a flatbed scanner
- Shift: 7:00am to 3:30pm
- Requires standing for the majority of the shift
- Project expected to last for 1 year

Requirements
Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and scanning software. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent
