ServiceNow Developer Lead- Multiple Locations - Full-time / Part-time

Come share who you are and start doing your life's best work.(SM) The integration of legacy OptumRx and Catamaran will increase the ServiceNow licensed user base from 3,700 to 7,500, the non-licensed internal users from 6,100 to 14,250 and the external customer users from 8,850 to 12,850.  The entire footprint of supported users will soon be 34,600.  The existing ServiceNow environment is highly customized and the related support requires highly skilled resources.  
 
This role can be held in Multiple location such as MN, IL, NJ, CT, KS, MA or CA. You will be responsible for:
 

Support of projects that will include process improvement initiatives and new process / application creation Reviewing the work of others and developing innovative approaches
Overseeing and coordinating the efforts of 4 offshore ServiceNow development resources
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Required Qualifications:

3 years’ experience with ServiceNow configuration
3 years’ experience with ServiceNow development
Experience gathering and documenting requirements from Client / Business
Java script experience
Preferred Qualifications / Assets:

Experience with ServiceNow Custom applications
Experience leading & working with remote resources
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
