Does the challenge intrigue you?As the Fulfillment Quality Analyst, you will help people live their lives to the fullest by helping facilitate the delivery of informational, educational or promotional materials that provide a superior member experience, motivate and engage members, and ensure we bring innovative print and fulfillment solutions in a timely, accurate, effective, and efficient manner. This Fulfillment Quality Analyst is responsible for analyzing, reviewing, executing, and improving business processes for the Fulfillment Services team. The primary focus is to ensure high quality transactional hand - offs.Primary Responsibilities:


Execute on the overall vision determined by management to develop, maintain, and improve Quality Assurance processes

Support new product and process implementations through execution of Quality and Risk management practices

Monitor effectiveness of the Quality Assurance process / workflow and drive root cause analysis when issues arise

Develop and execute plans and programs to support continuous quality improvement through internal process auditing

Train employees to standard operating procedures and maintain training records

Update and maintain process documentation

Assist in leading ISO:9001 internal and external audits

Coordinate and attend vendor status calls and other internal meetings as appropriate

Maintain and foster collaborative working relationships with team members, internal clients and external vendors

Ensure compliance requirements are met and understood

Support the overall business goals by performing additional duties as assigned or requested

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience
5+ years of experience in business process and quality control, including some working knowledge of ISO:9001
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience interfacing with business decision - makers and system end - users to prioritize and achieve desired outcomes
Ability to manage own work flow, prioritize and meet deadlines while responding to demands of multiple customers (internal and external)
Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Strong interest and / or knowledge of new technologies and process improvement
Self - starter with excellent communication, organizational, process planning, decision making and implementation skills
