The role of the Exam Operations Manager is to oversee the processing of VA cases from start to finish, while meeting MSLA’s VA contractual requirements.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Direct day - to - day operation and administration of the assigned department(s) in accordance with client and company goals and objectives
Coordinate with MSLA VA departments and ensure cases are completed within VA contractual deadlines
Schedule and assign duties to subordinates and ensure assignments are completed as directed
Analyze staff productivity, performance, and quality
Provide reports to show progress, and action plans with due dates to improve outcomes
Resolve problems and make changes to accommodate changing priorities and needs
Recommend improvements to process flows, processes and procedures
Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, engagement and address issues
All other duties assigned by Management

Requirements

Required Qualifications:                                                         

Bachelor’s Degree
2+ years in operations, directly managing and leading staff
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word
Able to lead, manage, direct and motivate staff and possess the skills to delegate and supervise subordinates
Able to work independently, and in conjunction with team members at all levels of the organization.
Skilled in establishing effective interpersonal relationships
Able to prioritize workload under aggressive timelines while managing multiple projects and adapt to a changing business environment
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and adaptable
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to follow routine procedures consistently and efficiently
Able to understand instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Able to consistently follow through
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with dashboards, performance workflows, case management systems
Call Center, sales, marketing, customer service experience highly preferred
Experience working with government contracts
Working knowledge of medical and diagnostic terminology
Experience working in a medical environment
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Visio
