Automation Personnel Services, Inc. Is currently looking for a highly motivated On-Site Talent Coordinator for a fulltime position servicing one of our top clients in Spartanburg, SC. The On-site Talent Coordinator will be managing 100 + associates at a large warehouse. Automation ranks #17 as one of the largest staffing firms in the U.S. Automation was recognized as Best of Staffing Client Satisfaction 2016.

Job Duties will include the following:
Managing large temporary workforce
Providing excellent customer service to client and candidates
Reporting and Data Entry
Filling job orders
Other office duties as required
Job Requirements for this position will include the following:
Must be able to Multi-task
Must be good with people
Must be able to manage self and others
Must be self-motivated
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Must have Customer Service experience
Compensation:
Excellent Pay Plus Monthly Bonus Program
