Responsibilities:
- Review tank wagon bill of ladings, home heating fuel deliveries, and invoice customers
- Process miscellaneous fuel A/P; retail propane, additives, pipeline deliveries
- Reconcile fuel deliveries to fuel bill of ladings
- Assist with truck & trailer review and invoicing
- Prepare and update fuel transfers
- Work with dispatch, operations, and branch offices to ensure processes are met
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Minimum two years data entry experience
- Proficient with accounting software
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to meet daily deadlines.
