Server for San Francisco restaurant - Full-time / Part-time

$17/hour - Temporary
We’re assisting a renowned restaurant in San Francisco 94105 that needs to hire a Server immediately. If you meet the qualifications below and think you’re the right person for the job, please apply now as this position will be filled quickly! 

As a Server, you will be responsible for serving food & beverages, providing outstanding meal service to customers. It’s expected that you’re team oriented, have a positive attitude and work with a sense of urgency when handling meal service. Applicants should have a good knowledge of customer service, be willing to adapt and learn on the fly 

If you get the job, you will:

Set-up of tables and stations for meal service.
Memorize menu and daily specials.
Answer any questions the customers have concerning the menu.
Picking up the food from the kitchen and delivering it to the customers.
Follow-up with customers during the meal period when necessary.
Breakdown of the tables and stations after meal period.
Be attentive to the customers through-out the entire shift.
Other tasks as assigned by management.

For this position, all applicants must: 

Arrive on time to scheduled shifts.
Smile & have a positive attitude.
Be a team player.
Be willing to stand, walk, lift, and carry trays/ bus tubs during entire shift.
Show up well groomed and in the proper uniform on a daily basis.
Be willing to accommodate special requests.
Work in a safe manner when lifting trays and dealing with hot items (food, plates, coffee, hot water, etc.)
