POSITION SUMMARY:
Aetna International's new business line, Travel for Treatment, is looking for an individual to build new tools and leverage and customize existing tools and data sets. They will work closely with the Aetna International Travel for Treatment business team and Aetna's technology team to develop tools to create efficiencies and repositories.
Position must be in an Aetna Office; including Hartford, CT, New Albany, OH, Tampa, FL, Jacksonville, FL, etc.
Fundamental Components:
Works independently with limited direction and supervision.
High level of collaboration expected for issue resolution and idea generation.
Proactively communicates solutions being developed with business stakeholders to understand if needs are being met.
Uses designated systems to obtain information. Understands the impact of actions on system primarily used/maintained. Understands relationships of designated systems.
Analyzes and verifies system results to ensure accuracy, accountability and financial data integrity.
Monitors, reviews, researches, reconciles and balances designated Aetna International's Travel for Treatment specific system activity.
Reviews and analyzes system reports and other information to develop financial information for use in reporting.
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:
Experience in healthcare, operations, and financial data reporting.
Ability to create and present information visually.
Ability to work independently to gather data quickly to meet internal and external expectations.
Manage ad hoc internal and external reporting requests.
Creative thinker to meet challenging reporting requests.
EDUCATION:
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
