Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  • Update room status
  • Resolve guest issues, complaints, and requests
  • Communicate with various departments
  • Be knowledgeable of local area and surroundings 
  • Demonstrate professionalism, telephone etiquitte, and customer service
  • Answer calls, transfer calls, and take detailed and accurate messages
  • Handle and track reservations 
  • Follow proper transaction procedures as well as verifying guests payment method credentials

Requirements:

  • Be availabe on flexible shifts on weekends, weekdays, and holidays
  • Must be over 18 and have a valid ID
  • Must live in local area or within commmuting distance 
  • Fluent in English
