Project Supervisor - Full-time / Part-time

Skilled Laborer                                                                     $10.00-$12.00 per hour

Preferred hours of availability: Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

• "Roll out" jobsite
• "Roll up" jobsite
• Clean Job site Daily
• Can measure, cut, and understand basic framing
• Can follow a list of daily duties
• Includes Demolition, Framing, and Protections

Carpenter                                                                              $12.00-$15.00 per hour

Preferred hours of availability: Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

• Able to "Unlock/lockup" jobsite
• Have a complete understanding of basic construction
• Understand the safety procedures of a construction jobsite
• Able to go to more than one jobsite a day with his own transportation
• Has a basic setup of tools (with them at the site)
• Able to communicate what a supervisor needs to accomplish to a sub, laborer, carpenters, or persons of interest.
• Can successfully carry out a project in the Capone Construction Style of Business
• Can successfully perform layout of walls

Skilled Carpenter                                                     $13.00-$18.00 per hour

Preferred hours of availability: Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

• Has a complete understanding of all construction practices
• Has an understanding of the building code
• Able to pass on information successfully to/from the customers
• Able to direct a Carpenter and Laborers to keep the job moving
• Able to pick up/deliver items to suppliers or jobsites
• Works with few errors and cleanly
• Has a setup of tools and transportation/storage for them
• Can read a set of blueprints and handle basic layouts

Foreman                                                                                $17.00-$25.00 per hour

Preferred hours of availability: Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

• Able to perform, explain, and carry out all construction practices
• Has a thorough understanding of the IRC code book
• Can handle ordering/purchasing/delivering items for the jobsite in a timely manner
• Can successfully build off of a set of blueprints
• Can handle any customer questions or needs and is attentive to these in a professional manner
• Can handle questions or concerns of Carpenters, Laborers, and subs on a daily basis specific to the jobs
• Can get supplies needed for workers on the job site to keep them busy and safe.
