Position Purpose: The Sr Analyst - Vendor Mgmt. assists with contingent labor relationships with vendors, drives strategy, cost management, continuous improvement, innovation, and performance and contractor lifecycle management for strategic vendors, ensuring compliance to accomplish goals. The Sr Analyst - Vendor Mgmt. communicates system changes, facilitates training, onboarding and off boarding, and identify service delivery issues and provide solutions as needed. This includes making sure that contingent labor Vendor Management Systems (VMS) processes are understood by vendors, concerns and confusion are addressed quickly, and training of new processes are effective. The position works closely with team members.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
- 20% - People: Serves as point of contact for vendors; developing and maintaining effective relationships. Assists, when needed, with training of end users. Partners with vendors to ensure understanding and clarity of new processes, troubleshooting problems when needed.
- 20% - Process: Applies analytical skills and vendor management experience to design and implement continuous improvement opportunities for all facets of vendor activities. Executes vendor audit activities and reporting. Assists in the development of vendor change management plans and content.
- 20% - Resolution: Investigates invoice issues. Maintains scorecard and metrics on vendor management, vendor relationships, and contracts. Assists with managing workflow of contingent labor requests.
- 20% - Compliance: Ensures all existing and future project priorities parallel business priorities. Monitors adherence to company and governmental policies. Ensures all vendors are in alignment with policies and follow SOPs.
- 20% - Execution: Monitor and report on vendor compliance with contract terms and conditions; exercise remedies, as appropriate, where performance is deficient. Assists in onboarding. Ensures Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLA) objectives are met.

- The individual in this role must be flexible and at ease in a complex management environment, working easily between different groups
- Associate's degree preferred
- Good troubleshooting skills
- Vendor Management System (VMS) experience preferred
- Contingent Labor Management (CLM) / Contingent Workforce Management (CWM) experience preferred Strong interpersonal skills, especially when translating information back and forth between technical/nontechnical audiences
- Demonstrates knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Knowledge and experience in HR, vendor management, procurement or staffing
