We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
- Experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- A Bachelor's degree (60 semester or 90 quarter hours of credit from an accredited college with 18 semester hours in courses related to childcare and/or child development from birth to age 6)
- A proven track record of caring and nurturing children
- Flexibility as to the hours and schedule of work
- Reached at least 18 years of age
