Staffing Recruiter Job Description:
The Staffing Recruiter’s primary emphasis is helping people succeed. Some of your daily duties will include working with hiring managers to determine their staffing needs, screening top talent, and offering your HR expertise to other business in the community. A successful staffing consultants can build and maintain a strong core of associates with a variety of job skills and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis. This is done effectively by working as a team, using Express recruiting tools, and using our industry leading HR software.

Benefits Included:
Compensation includes a base salary with aggressive commission/incentive opportunities. This position also includes a full benefits package including; 80% company paid Medical and Dental insurance, Short Term Disability, a very generous 401K plan with 5% dollar to dollar match, Paid Holidays, 3 weeks’ Vacation and a Health Savings Account.
