Blue Dot, Maryland's neighborhood HVAC provider for over 40 years, is growing and were looking for in store Lead Generators to join our Home Depot Program!

This is a Part Time or Full Time position with an opportunity to earn as much as $15,$20,$25 per hour or more based on YOUR performance! There is a base rate of $13 per hour plus bonuses but our associates are making much more! We need enthusiastic individuals to fill several openings at various Home Depot stores throughout Maryland and are scheduling interviews now!

In this position you are a Blue Dot employee staffed in a Home Depot store, representing the company by approaching customers about their HVAC needs. You MUST be an outgoing person to be successful in this position. You also must have weekend availability as those are the best days in the store.

Job Requirements

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma, or GED equivalent, and prior work experience is desired. Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication and selling skills are required. The ability to work evenings and weekends with minimal supervision is also required. This job requires the ability to read and interpret training material. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Must have reliable transporation.
