We provide residential and commercial repair and installation of HVAC systems.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE:
  • Provides basic level skills in the maintenance, repair, installation and servicing of residential HVAC systems that are covered under warranty.
  • Facilitation of Identifying and Coordinating Opportunities for Replacement Equipment
  • Maintains good customer relations by responding to customer service needs, performing preventive maintenance functions and providing options for better efficiency and performance
  • Responds to emergencies and/or service calls, drives to site, greets customer and troubleshoots malfunctioning systems/equipment to determine the nature of the problem. ? Locates and diagnoses problems, assesses extent of repairs and describes options to the customer with associated costs for problems not covered under warranty.
  • Performs preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment to prevent equipment failure by cleaning air handling systems and reheat coils, monitoring and calibrating air handling systems and replacing filters, motors, fans, belts, etc. on systems.
  • Performs repairs of complete systems to include repairing, calibrating or replacing controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, gauges, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, piping and other functional components of the system.
  • Tests repairs and installations by starting unit and checking pressures with gauges to ensure proper operation.
  • Observes all safety and Company rules and regulations in the performance of duties. ? Follows the guidelines for the Senior Care, Ethics, and Quality Assurance Process. ? Other duties as assigned.

    Job Requirements

    MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

    A High School diploma or general education degree (GED)

    Work experience of 0 years with School or 1+ years without

    EPA Certified (Minimum Type I & Type II) is required.

    Basic computer skills is required.

    Degree program or certificate program from accredited HVAC program or equivalent exam.

    A valid driver's license and good communications skills are required.

    NATE certification is a plus
