The Opportunity

Must be 18 years or older and enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program.

Responsibilities:

Leads the development of eCommerce platform including the creation of copy, product images, design, order fulfillment workflow, and search engine optimization for the next version of ShopAtNiagaraFalls.com.

Create promotions and designs, as directed.

Coaches associates to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Achieves financial goals for sales, cost of goods, and profit.

Ensures the ongoing training and development of retail staff.

Ensures visual display and operational standards are maintained and exceeded.

Assists in the reordering of merchandise for stores.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

At least one year of experience in retail or a related field, or one year of related coursework from an accredited college university.

Demonstrated success leading projects.

Proven ability to learn quickly.

Capable of working independently, prioritize work, and make good decisions.

Must demonstrate leadership skills including effective communication and follow through.

Strong computer skills with preference given to candidates who have a background or coursework in design, eCommerce, or digital marketing.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Niagara Falls State Park, Delaware North Headquarters, and area vendors.

 

Availability:

Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as directed.
