About this job
Our client is currently seeking dedicated & talented Customer Service Representatives for their reputable company, located near Roosevelt, NY!
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering heavy inbound calls
- Dispatching 3rd party contractors
- Work in different departments when needed
- Take customer requests
- Interact with technicians, clients, contractors, etc.
- Data-entry
- Navigate through a computer system
Desired skills & requirements:
- Detail oriented
- Capable of typing a minimum of 30+ WPM
- Stable work history
- HS Diploma or GED
- Possess a good phone demeanor & be clear spoken
- Business casual dress environment
- MS Excel - Intermediate level - formatting, summing, entering data, etc.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
After 30 days of employment there, you will be required to work 2 evenings and/or weekends per month (6 hr shift on either a Sat or Sun)
Hourly salary: $16 - $18 / hr based upon prior experience
