Super temp to perm opportunity with a local non-profit!
Ideal candidate should have two years' college credit and two years of administrative experience, preference for trust account or other financial transaction experience. Two year's demonstrated experience in information technology management and troubleshooting. Knowledge and experience with computer-based financial accounting systems (especially systems other than QuickBooks), and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and business processes. Demonstrated ability to communicate pay plan and trust account practices to others. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot information technology issues and make appropriate changes.

Requirements

Must have experience administering accurately client pay plans and client trust accounts. Receiving funds and making payments of various types in client trust accounts. Overseeing financial transactions and records relating to trust accounts. Keeping clients and management up to date on pay plan and trust account status. Coordinating time and effort with assistant pay plan/trust account administrator.
