We are currently looking for a highly motivated SALES SUPPORT to join our winning team.

Job Description:

The Sales Support is a critical member of the operation team. They are tasked with reviewing and clarifying the sample target requirements and then assessing the internal as well as external resources to meet project demands. This person will have a full understanding of MySoapBox community capabilities as well as keeping up-to-date with partner reach, pricing, and targeting capabilities.

This role is part of a fast-paced team environment and expected to be a quick-study self-starter. Job success is based on having excellent communication, responsiveness and organization skills. This entry level position has the potential for growth into many areas of the company including Project Management, Client Services and Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Provide pricing for client bids & determine project feasibility within designated timeline parameters
• Track internal and external source performance to continually improve feasibility accuracy and projections
• Identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency in sample procurement
• Coordinate with staff and partner sample companies to identify best sources of sample for each bid
• Support sales staff with any needs related to sales and revenue growth

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Technically inclined with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proven problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Above average mathematical skills
• Demonstrated skills in multitasking, time management & organization
• Exceptional attention to detail
• An enthusiastic 'can-do' attitude
• Some data processing experience e.g. data cleaning and running counts/basic statistical knowledge/familiarity with the word 'stats' will also be beneficial
• Any market research experience is beneficial but not essential
