This is a great position for energetic, self-motivated individuals. No experience necessary. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls from customers that have ordered products
- Modifying existing orders
- Respond to any customer issues in a curious manner
- Helping customers with delivery changes and issues to ensure client satisfaction
