Technician, Surgical Services-PRN-Varies - Full-time / Part-time

The Surgical Services Technician assists with the total care given by the interdisciplinary team members to the surgical patient under the direction of the Registered Nurse. Patient care is provided in preoperative preparation, intra- and post- operative assessments, and the planning and delivery of care.

Current BLS. Completed a formal Surgical Technician program with certification or equivalent training.

Preferred: High School graduate or equivalent. One year experience as a surgical technician. 1 year experience in General, GYN, Urology, and Orthopedics procedures.
