Our Lead Teachers:
- Lead a classroom; prepare and implement weekly educational lesson plans while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers
- Facilitate play based curriculum within a fun and interactive classroom
- Partner with parents about a child’s growth and development
- Ensure the daily care of each child by following licensing guidelines
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
- Interact with children taking part in activities that include bending, stooping, jumping and other physical activities
We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:
- 6 months to a year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
- Coursework or a Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA
- CPR/First AID, ELG, and SIDS training
- Flexibility with work schedule and classroom assignments preferred
