Our Lead Teachers:

  • Lead a classroom; prepare and implement weekly educational lesson plans while serving as a mentor to fellow Teachers
  • Facilitate play based curriculum within a fun and interactive classroom
  • Partner with parents about a child’s growth and development
  • Ensure the daily care of each child by following licensing guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom
  • Interact with children taking part in activities that include bending, stooping, jumping and other physical activities

We are most interested in talking to applicants that have:

  • 6 months to a year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility
  • Coursework or a Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA
  • CPR/First AID, ELG, and SIDS training
  • Flexibility with work schedule and classroom assignments preferred
