Direct Hire- Campground Manager
A local Campground and Resort is in search of full-time Campground Manager to oversee their 300 site campground. Successful candidate will have a management background, preferably in the hospitality/tourism industry.
Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Handling reservations for the campground
- Overseeing all operations of grounds and building maintenance
- Managing and working the front desk, bar and small store
- Hiring, managing and scheduling of part-time seasonal staff members
- Provide excellent service to guests
- Promote the campground through social media
- Purchasing and Inventory management
This individual will communicate and report to the ownership team on a regular basis, yet still taking the initiative to act independently. Strong people skills are a must as this role is the face of the resort. Successful candidate will also be very flexible as far as scheduling due to needs of the business.
Salary is dependent upon experience. Full benefits are offered such as health insurance, 401K. Valid Driver’s license required.
