Description

The Treasury Solutions Operations (TSO) Manager will lead a group of associates within the Foreign Exchange (F/X) Retail Operations team for Commercial Operations.  The F/X team is responsible for processing checks according to business rules and regulatory requirements, sending checks out to the clearing banks for collections, crediting customers’ accounts, researching general ledger differences and aged items.  This role is suited to an adaptable self starter with the desire to drive results and who possesses the capabilities to forge strong partnerships and deliver through influencing and collaborating with others.


Primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing objectives and strategic plans for Foreign Check Collection
  • Providing leadership and day to day management
  • Identifying improvement opportunities through data analytics and stakeholder interactions
  • Creating a framework to embed voice of the customer leading to improved service and satisfaction
  • Enhancing key performance indicators to effectively measure customer, risk, financial and colleague business performance
  • Improving colleague capability among large operational populations by identifying gaps, planning and implementing training and development initiatives
  • Developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders across divisions


Qualifications

 R  Required Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of Operations and the Commercial Banking business 
  • 5+ years relevant business experience
  • Knowledge of check processing including check collection, foreign currency conversion, accounting principles and reconciliation
  • Extensive experience with MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and work independently
  • Track record of fostering collaboration and innovative thinking
  • Self motivated with ability to drive results
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A track record of building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends and formulate proposals
  • Excellent time management skills; goal driven while also meeting day to day business needs
Education:
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Hours & Work Schedule
Hours per Week:  40
Work Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
