Part-Time Telephone Interviewer

Job Responsibilities:

*Conduct telephone interviews for multiple research studies following a scripted questionnaire verbatim while using computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) applications to gather and record responses
*Collect accurate, consistent and reliable data
*Record and code data collected
*Assist with locating and refusal conversion
*Assist with other duties as assigned, such as mail preparation, faxing, filing, etc.
*4-5.5 hour shifts Survey Center is open 7 days a week, daily hours of operation may vary, but currently are:
* Monday - Thursday: 10am -12am
* Friday: 10am - 11pm
* Saturday: 12:30pm - 9:00pm
* Sunday: 3:30pm - 12am
*Part-time work - expectation is 18-24 hours at a minimum
*All interviewers must be available to work 16 weekend hours per month (Saturday and/or Sunday)
*Candidates must attend all training to work on any project

Candidates will be expected to work between 18-24 hours at a minimum and up to 29 hours on average, 40 hours could be worked in a week occasionally but candidates should not expect to get 40 hours every week. **On average 24 hours per week.
