About this job
The Minit Mart Food Manager position reports to the Minit Mart Store GM and is responsible to insure that all the food concept procedures are followed and all standards for food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation are met. The Food Managers are involved in expediting customer service daily for our guests. The Food Manager is also responsible for ordering food and supplies, conducting required inventories, and staffing of the work area. The Food Manager develops a team atmosphere with employees, promotes excellent customer service, and maintains safety of both our guests and employees
