About this job

Our client is an industry-leading BPO (business process outsourcer) specializing in the multi-channel engagement of consumers, patients, healthcare professionals, and enterprise personnel via a network of global contact centers. They support clients 24/7 in over 100 countries with over 30 languages. With a strategic focus on innovation and regulatory compliance, they handle more than 35 million interactions per year helping our clients build and protect their brands while maximizing productivity and cost efficiency.

These representatives will be taking calls in from consumers for a specific new client program. Nurses will be answering medical inquiries over the phone regarding:
-Adverse events- in this case they will have to write up a complaint report
-Questions about the medication/treatment
-Education on the medication/treatment
-How to use the new product

**Call center is open Mon-Fri 8 AM to 7 PM. Shift is Mon-Fri, 8 hour days any time in between open hours (i.e. 8-4, 8:30-4:30, 9-5, 9:30-5:30, 10-6)

MUST HAVE's:
-Licensed RN, LPN or Medical Technician
-Excellent communication skills
-Empathy/compassion
-Must have strong computer skills and be comfortable with multi tasking
