Purpose and Scope: Support
the development and execution of all seasonal sales training materials for
assigned brands through the internal Agency. Collaborate with internal business partners, store leadership and
trainers/coordinators to identify training & internal communication needs. Partner with Account Management and internal
Agency partners within assigned brand pillar to ensure that image and copy assets
are leveraged across channels and divisions to meet global strategic
objectives. Key Responsibilities:Partner with clients
to develop clear creative project briefs for asset creation and sales training
materials.Consult
with brand pillar team leadership to evaluate project feasibility at the start
of a project. Clarify project requirements, considering all dependencies and
implicationsBrief projects to
internal advertising team and drive the development of project schedules and
budgets.Work
closely with creative director, art director, copy team, shoot production,
print/video production and studio on the execution of projects, ensuring
delivery on time and on budgetRoute
layouts, job bags and project estimates for approvalEnsure
that all projects are tracked properly through the agency project management
system once it launches.Support the shoot
planning process for assets required in sales training materials; communicate
shot lists and image assets to brand pillar team. Attend shoots if needed.Secure
necessary creative approvals for copy/layout with internal Agency and clients.Work
closely with finance teams to monitor expense and reconciliationBuild and maintain
positive internal and external relationships to ensure clients needs are metCommunicate
requirements and project status to internal Agency and to clients on a regular
basis
Qualifications:4+
years in a marketing communications role; Agency or digital marketing
experience a plusWorks
well in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple projects and
priorities across brands.Customer oriented,
diplomatic, and able to balance business and creative perspectivesCollaborative,
proactive, and energetic with ability to motivate teams to produce quality work
on time and within budget.A natural planner,
detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsCreative
thinker with a solution-oriented approach and ability to identify opportunities
and efficienciesStrong
interest in fashion and lifestyle branding Excellent leadership
and communication skillsProficient
in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Project management software a
plus
