A successful Digital Data Solutions Specialist will have the following:

  • Bachelor’s Degree; 1-3 years of related work experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years experience in digital media. Agency experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate complex processes and research findings to a non-technical audience with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment.
  • High level of customer service knowledge and experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes.
  • Prior experience with television and digital media preferred.

DISH Media Sales is seeking an experienced Digital Data Solutions Specialist to encapsulate all tasks needed in order to translate advertising business requirements into a technical solution. They should be highly inquisitive and analytical with a strong business insight along with the ability to extract meaningful information from the data. Must have the ability to develop relationships, communicate effectively and continuously promote improvement.

 

The Digital Data Solutions Specialist will report to the Manager, Digital Data Strategy within the DISH Media Sales division based in New York City. He/she should have a good understanding of the Television, OTT, TV Everywhere and digital advertising landscapes.

  • Develop relationships with agency and brand data specialists to leverage DISH’s data capabilities.
  • Research client/brand goals, initiatives and objectives. Accompany DISH personnel on sales calls, when applicable.
  • Clearly articulate business value to the customer, finding additional opportunities to strengthen partnerships.
  • Work with DISH data providers on post-campaign measurement for OTT and Advanced TV campaigns. Provide key findings and trending information within campaigns and deliver results to DISH Media Sales teams and clients.
  • Create data driven case studies to assist the sales and marketing teams in positioning Digital and Advanced TV ad products. Develops insights from data that can be transformed into effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors on measurement product integration and development. Perform other duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all duties and responsibilities assigned to this position.
