• The Trouble Liaison associate will be responsible identifying discrepancies on inbound orders.
• Research and resolutions of discrepancies.
• Accurately input detailed information regarding discrepancies on spreadsheet. Functions as communication link to the Trouble group.
• Ensures operational support.
• Experience in a fast paced, dynamic distribution center.

• Open cartons
• Research; Troubleshooting
• Data Entry
• Communicate detailed discrepancies to Trouble group via email
• Scanning cases using RF (radio frequency ) technology
• Consult and work with supervisors and employees
• All other duties as assigned
