what it’s like to do your life's best work.(sm)     The Recovery/Resolutions Consultant will be responsible for resolving
instances of healthcare fraud and/or abusive conduct by the medical
profession, insured members or the broker community. This individual
will be utilizing information from claims data analysis, plan members,
and employees by conducting confidential investigations and documenting
relevant findings. They will act as a subject matter expert for
recovering losses as deemed appropriate. Where applicable, they will
provide testimonials regarding the investigation. The Negotiation and
Settlement Consultant position will ideally be based at our offices in
Eden Prairie MN.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:  High school diploma/GED2+
years of experience working in negotiations, mediations,
and/or arbitrations; preferably in the health insurance businessProficiency using MS Excel (data entry, sorting/filtering, pivot tables)Preferred Qualifications:Understanding & knowledge of healthcare claimsSoft Skills:Strong written and oral communication skillsStrong analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize projectsMust be able to work well independently and also succeed in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to read, understand and summarize in a logical fashionCareers with Optum.
