Senior Recovery/Resolutions Representative - Franklin, TN - Full-time / Part-time

Join us and start doing your life's best work.SM The Senior Recovery/Resolution Representative handles information about patient services and how those services are paid by investigating and pursuing recoveries through contact with various parties. The representative manages subrogation files, negotiates settlements, and ensures adherence to compliance policies.

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Verify other insurance coverage through automated phone
lines, databases, outreach to commercial payers, and other available
methodsData entry of other insurance coverage findings into
internal applicationsInitiate phone calls to employer groups, and other
insurance companies to gather pertinent claim information, confirmation of
services received and coordination of benefits informationWork directly with other departments to enhance and
refine assigned inventory to maximize valueEnsure adherence to state and federal compliance
policies, reimbursement policies, and contract compliance Use pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a
range of problems within area of expertise Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.Works with less structured, more complex issues.Serves as a resource to others.

Requirements:

 

High School Diploma or GED10 key data entry proficiencyAbility to copy, paste, and format cells within MS Excel 1+ years’ experience providing customer service in an office
setting

Assets:

 

Knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare Reimbursement methodologiesPrevious coordination of benefits experienceExperience in healthcare industry

Self-motivated
