We are currently recruiting for a Compensation Program Manager to join our team in our Eden Prairie offices. 
 
The Program Manager will be responsible for supporting Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s) by facilitating program design, documentation, performance and other related tasks.
 
We seek a team player who also works well independently, seeks solutions for obstacles and missing information to ensure deadlines are met or exceeded. Further success traits include being go - getter, not someone who has to be continuously instructed what to do, having solid critical thinking skills, perseverance, and the ability to keep track of many things (not letting things fall through the cracks).
 
Position Responsibilities:

Serve as Program Manager for Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s)
Partner with Business, Human Capital, Total Rewards, Finance and other business functions on program design and documentation
Develop project plans for facilitation of Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s) design and documentation
Track, monitor, report and participate in the lifecycle of Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s) including program performance, budgeting and participation
Create reports, presentations, analyze data, complete templates, respond to requests for information
Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s)
Acts as a liaison for the administration of Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s) between client groups and other business partners
Complete post-planning reviews, provide feedback and required needs for future programs
Consult with leaders in support of effectiveness and complex issues
Implements Quarterly Variable Compensation program(s)  initiatives in support of business objectives
Drive execution of change management and communication

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of variable compensation administration or design experience
Demonstrated negotiation, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
Track record of having quickly gained knowledge of customers, products, technologies and processes
Proven experience providing programmatic guidance, project management, consultative services, and bespoke solutions
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Excellent problem solving, organizational and time management skills
Demonstrated experience thinking strategically and translating strategic directives into tactical initiatives
Adept at understanding complex concepts and situations presented by the business environment
Ability to assess complex problems and recommend the appropriate solutions
Objective, collaborative approach and ability to adapt in a dynamic and high - growth environment
Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, organizational, problem solving and presentational skills
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with customer service i.e. call centers, fulfillment centers etc.
Formal project management program experience
Experience navigating a highly matrixed environment
Healthcare experience
