- Production or warehouse experience: knowledge of how production or warehouse processes work will help them catch on quickly.
Cascades is a large manufacturing facility that produces different types of tissue-based products for industrial usage... toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
Each production line converts raw material paper into a different finished product. Each line has an operator that runs the machinery and its' processes. The people we place will assist those operators and pack the finished products, load paper into machines, clean up the area, etc.
