I. Job Summary

Provides day-to-day oversight and reconciliation of the warehouse inventory. Procures inventoried and centrifuge skid assembly components. Provides logistics coordination for all inbound and outbound equipment and parts.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and duties may vary by department.

* Compiles and maintains inventory database and purchasing and consumption records for perpetual inventory system

* Counts, records and reconciles inventory and generates and submits standardized reports, on a monthly basis

* Verifies, reconciles and investigates inventory discrepancies and reports outcome to Supervisor

* Receives and verifies incoming stock for quality, quantity, price and proper PO procedures

* Records all inventory movement and reconciles to physical count -- daily, weekly, and monthly basis

* Prepares usage reports to track OU expenses -- weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

* Maintains and updates accounting procedures designed to report and control inventory cost and levels

* Maintains paperwork, including packing lists, freight bills and other vendor related documentation

* Oversees all vendor consignment programs and stock areas -- quality, price, verification, usage, housekeeping and recordkeeping

* Establishes inventory minimums and maximums for shop repair and assembly areas and field locations sites

* Identifies overstocked, low usage items and obsolete inventory

* Negotiates the lowest cost, highest yield option for purging low usage or obsolete inventory from warehouse

* Coordinates and arranges stock transfers between the warehouse and field locations

* Files and monitors manufacturer and supplier warranty claims, arranging for returns as needed

* Responsible for overall warehouse stock areas organization and vendor housekeeping

* Coordinates the logistics for all inbound and outbound equipment and parts including centrifuge skid units

* Procures standard and non-standard equipment parts and services as directed by the Engineering Manager and/or Sr Mgr Operations

IV. Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

A. Education and Experience

* Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited).

* Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience (administrative and operations).

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

* Valid driver's license; forklift operator's license

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

* This position may require coaching of other employees and assigning work activities to other employees.

Normal setting for this job is an office and warehouse setting.
