About this job

Candidates will conduct group interviews of up to 30 individuals who would like to be delivery drivers.

Candidate will make introduction to group and then ask each candidate to put their driving/car information under their seats for verification.

While candidate is going through introduction, other employees will go through to verify driving/car info.

Once everything is verified, candidate will lead group in an "ice breaker" group discussion to source out specific candidate attributes

After ice breaker, candidate will grant a break for the group to circle up with the other employees and determine who is getting an offer

Candidate will gather group of rejections and thank them for their time and send them on their way.

Once the rejections have left, candidate will explain the onboarding requirements and start to onboard the candidates who got offer.

Candidate will manually conduct a visual inspection of everyone's vehicle and complete that checklist.

Once all inspections are done, candidate will schedule drivers for a formal orientation that will be within the next 2-3 days.

Once everyone is gone, candidate will update employee spreadsheet and Workday operating system with updated employee information

If there are down times, this person will be responsible for grass roots recruiting efforts in the areas they are supporting.
