CONFIDENTIAL Capital Management is a global investment firm based in New York City. Founded in 2005, the firm manages assets on behalf of foundations, endowments, family offices, pension funds and other institutional and individual investors. As of November 30, 2015, CONFIDENTIAL Capital had 52 employees.

Responsibilities

Support the Partners, Senior Officers, and non-investment professionals. The individual will be one of two administrative professionals and must be able to thrive in a collegial, ethical, hard-working, process-oriented and entrepreneurial firm culture.

Duties will include a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Office management

Handle, pay, track and process invoices and billing

Fill out expense reports for office and submit for reimbursement

Oversee all suppliers and service providers for office

Manage office equipment and supply needs

Reception

Answer phone lines

Greet visitors

Maintain conference rooms and pantry

Sort and distribute incoming and process outgoing mail and packages

Handle group or event lunch orders

Administration

Provide executive administrative support for Senior Officers & Partners

Schedule meetings and calls for Senior Officers and certain non-investment teams

Maintain files and templates for Senior Officers and certain non-investment teams

Plan and organize business travel itineraries

In charge of back office scanning & filing

Requirements

College degree and 3+ years of experience is desired, preferably at a buy side financial institution

Must be detail oriented and highly organized

Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook/Calendar, Word, & Excel

Ability to work regular business hours (typically 8:00 am -- 5:00 pm)

Compensation

Base salary commensurate with experience, plus discretionary annual bonus and generous benefits
