A brand new opportunity for a Regional Neurology Clinic Director has just opened up with a growing network of short-term acute care hospitals in Eastern Washington. This position is not nursing required!
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Administrative Director Neurology Clinic Services will oversee 6-8 clinics offering essential services to the surrounding communities, including Neurology, Neurosurgery, Spine, and Pain Management. The Director of Neurology Clinic Operations will collaborate with the Service Line Medical Director to develop, implement, and manage Women’s and Children’s Clinic medical services across all locations. The Regional Director Clinical Services will be supported by experienced leadership at each clinic site.
The Administrative Director Neuro Spine Clinics will maintain strong relationships with physicians and nursing team members for optimal patient experience. Essential duties include annual assessment of market share, departmental budget, contract negotiation, and utilization review. As a mentor for new leaders, the Director Neurology Neurosurgery Clinics will support and coach direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and influence staffing strategies within the service line.
