This position is located on the Advanced Technical Support Chat team in Austin, TX. This job is located within a call center environment. Call Center Advanced Technical Support Representatives on this team correspond with multiple customers simultaneously via live chat. This position is a great opportunity for someone with gamer, tech support, customer service and chat experience.

A great attitude and the desire to stay up to date on technology and the latest devices. In this role, you’ll come up with innovative solutions to help our customers. Whether you’re answering direct calls, transferred calls or trouble tickets, you’ll work with the latest systems and tools to assist our customers.
