About this job
Catholic Hospice is seeking a Per Diem RN.
Eligible candidates will have:
*one year demonstrated relevant experience
*a current PA RN license
*reliable transportation for local travel in the community.
Responsibilities include:
*Scheduled RN home visits
*Patient Assessment
*Patient/Caregiver Education
*Communication with/report to RN Supervisor
*Electronic Documentation
Ability to work independently as well as a team player in an interdisciplinary setting a must. Satisfactory criminal, drug, and driving background checks required.
