Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Position open!

Job Duties:

coordinate with the Team Lead Technician to game plan time frames for servicing vehicles

will be the first point of contact for the customer. Daily duties will include:

First point of contact with customers
Manage a team of 8-10 shop and attendants
Using Outlook, Excel, and Word on a daily basis
Diagnosing the problem
Associate a time frame for repairs
Collaborate with team lead to make sure job is completed on time
Scheduling client work and employee work

Responsibilities include:

Talent Management: participation in hiring and hiring recommendations, provide coaching and feedback to employees, also help with establishing performance objectives

Inventory Management; will monitor parts and inventory level, conduct inventory counts, and issue PO's

Customer Experience; will make customer visits to provide PM recommendations, schedule time for PM, educate customers on benefits of PM, trusted advisory by effectively balancing customer expectations, interacts daily with customers

Service Department Management: aligns and delegates work, participates in reviews of branch maintenance metrics, manage technician labor resources
Financial Management: managing cost(OT, parts and subs), forecasting potential costs

Safety Management: one-on-one coaching, checks equipment and tools for defects, conducts monthly safety meetings, runs office to shop floor day to day operations

Will be the first point of contact with customers/clients
