Bilingual Customer Service/Insurance Authorization Specialist

Job description:

Aerotek is currently seeking multiple Customer Service/Insurance Authorization Specialists to work in the Annapolis, MD area. Our Specialists will gather and verify patient information, interact with various entities and individuals including insurance companies, PCPs, clinics, hospitals, receptionists and schedulers to obtain the documentation necessary to accurately complete the authorization. This Specialist will also assist members and providers with assistance as necessary depending on request.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a medical office/environment(required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior customer service/call center experience preferred
• Prior experience working with insurance claims
• Ability to work and navigate Microsoft products and other company software in required.
• Great communication skills written and verbal
• Must be able to pass a credit check
