Aerotek is currently looking for multiple Executive Administrative Assistant's for several clients in the Overland Park, KS & Kansas City, MO areas. These positions will pay between $13-20/hr based on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Will organize and track leave system according to company policy
  • To interact with staff and any other stakeholder in a highly professional manner and respond to requests for information
  • Planning and organizing company events (i.e. holiday parties, school-wide events, etc.)
  • Administrative support, filing, copying, and typing
  • Writing correspondence
  • Maintaining calendars
  • Ordering of promo and marketing materials
  • Management of company social media accounts
  • Will book travel as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
