Part Time Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Seeking Customer Service Representatives to work 25-30 hours a week that will be contacting existing and potential customers to schedule appointments to come back in as well as maintain contact records. The hours will be Monday- Friday.

Shifts:
Monday- Thursday 9:30am-3:30pm and Friday 9:30am-12:30pm
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-7:30pm

Job duties:
- Reach out to existing and potential customers
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain Records
- Work to achieve department goals.
- Facilitate communication with office staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-High School diploma or GED;
-Excellent communication, customer service, problem resolution, and organizational skills
-One-year telemarketing or customer service experience
-Input and retrieve information from the computer required
