Job Description:
- Review position requirements with hiring manager
- Recruit candidates on a regional and national basis
- Manage candidate disposition utilizing applicant tracking system
- Strategic sourcing of passive candidates and applicants through multiple channels/resources
- Screen and qualify candidates and refer to the hiring manager
- Effective/ongoing communication regarding recruiting status throughout the process
- Develop strategies to attract talent
- Participate in college recruiting programs and career fairs
- Record recruiting activity and report on monthly performance metrics
HOURS:
- 8-5 M-F
DRESS CODE:
- Business Casual
ENVIRONMENT
- Will have your own cubicle/desk
- Will get a phone/computer
MUST HAVE
- 5+ years working as a recruiter
- Understand life cycle of recruiting (req qual, sourcing, screening, selection, follow up, on boarding)
- Experience working with an ATS (applicant tracking system)
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Brassring
- Both corporate and 3rd party agency experience
EDUCATION
- High School only (need 8+ years of experience)
- Associates or Bach (5+ years)
DISQUALIFIERS
- NO recruiting experience
- Unable to qualify the positions and ask questions
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Target is to fill positions within 60 days
- Realistically they are filling them within 120 - 160
- Must be engaged and stay engaged throughout the recruiting cycle
