POSITION PURPOSE

The service technician will work in our repair facility and at customer locations diagnosing, estimating, and repairing floor care machines to customer satisfaction.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
50% - Establish and maintain a relationship with each of the customer?s on the assigned base.
25% - Establish and maintain a relationship with senior members of the customer?s management team when possible.
25% - Have a thorough understanding of Barnett?s product offering, service platform and processes.
NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to SVP, Sales.
This position has 0 direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be Twenty One years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED.

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
